They said there'd be snow on Christmas. They said there'd be peace on Earth.

The first project for my Photoshop class is to create a face out of fruits and vegetables.
I'm making mine entirely out of lemons.

Today in class we had time to mess around with the program. We were supposed to be using the selection tools, but instead I opened up some scans of my film prints that I had on my flashdrive and started touching them up. Dusty, scratched negatives, burning, dodging...all better now!

So I'm finding it remarkably easy to not listen to the 2008 beach clips. I mean I listened to them once or twice, but I don't remember how they went slash don't really care. I want it all to be new to me on March 3rd! I still listen to the 2006 clips though...since apparently those have been "shelved." (Stupid! Stupid! #2 would have been epic! Epic, I say!)

Wow, I haven't been in here in a long time. It's clear because it took me a while to find the button to make a new entry. Sad!

Looks like all the updating I've done for the past year or two is melodramatic posts of lyrics. How annoying of me. Sorry.

I think the recent hype about the new U2 single (which rocks out loud) and the album (37 days!) made me reminisce about the glory days of our xanga Lypton Village group. How is everyone??

Here is my updated life in a nutshell:

As of Thursday I am officially a second-semester senior. I have already felt symptoms of senioritis, but can't let it get too serious - I still have three AP classes! AP English isn't too much work though, and the teacher is hilarious.

I'm probably going to Drexel next year. I already got accepted as a Psychology major. Then I decided to follow my passion, and sent them my photography portfolio. I hope I get into their photography program. My dream job is to be a National Geographic photographer...or something of the like. When I think about why I want to be a photographer, these come to mind:

And GOD am I happy that Obama is president!

Another exciting thing on the horizon....No Line On the Horizon - March 3rd! Exactly four years to the day I first fell in love with U2.
